NOTICE OF INTENT

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITVE PROPOSALS. The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) on behalf of the Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) intends to enter into a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract with US FOODS, INC. under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), Soliciting from a single source. This action is being awarded on an urgent and compelling basis as school is currently in session and these food delivery services are essential to the school. The anticipated period of performance will be from December 6, 2019¿ June 30, 2020. The total anticipated cost is $150,000.00 No solicitation is available and no technical questions will be answered for this requirement. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 311991.
