Draft Federal Purchase Specification For Fully-Cooked, Scrambled, Round Egg Patty AND Draft Supplement for Egg Products

The Agricultural Marketing Service requests industry comments on draft updates to the Fully-Cooked, Scrambled, Round Egg Patty Federal Purchase Program Specification (FPPS) and the Supplement for Egg Products. Primary updates include adding the options language for both certification and checkloading, as well as updating FSIS information following the release of the modernization rule.
