This is a notification that an award will be made IAW 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(1), Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition, as a 69 day contract to SYSCO USA II, LLC dba SYSCO ARKANSAS (CAGE Code 71B37), to continue to provide Prime Vendor services to customers in the Arkansas area. This contract, SPE300-15-D-3122, will run from November 24, 2014 through January 31, 2015 or until the award of a new contract. The Justification will be posted at time of award.
