This is a notification that an award will be made IAW U.S.C.2304(c)(1), Justification of Other Than Full and Open Competition, as a hundred and twenty six (126) day contract to Merchants Food service (Cage Code7T383), to continue to provide Prime Vendor Services to the customers in Louisiana/Mississippi area. This contract SPE300-14-D-3015 will run from July 13,2014 to November 15, 2014 or until award of a new contract. The Justification will be posted at the time of award.
