This is a notification that an award will be made IAW 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1), Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition, as a one year contract to Reinhart Foodservice (Cage Code: 3WVA5), to continue to provide Prime Vendor services to the customers in the Nebraska area. This contract, SPM300-12-D-3541, will run from March 11, 2012 through March 09, 2013 or until the award of a new contract. The justification will be posted at time of award.
