84--Sole Source Award - Jungle Boots

The U.S. Army Contracting Command - APG, Natick Contracting Division, intends to award a firm fixed price contract under FAR Subpart 6.302-1, only one responsible source, to Rocky Brands, for 300 pairs of the Rocky Brand Jungle Moot, Model S2V. A Request for Information was issued in June 2014, and two companies responded. The intent is to purchase test items from these two companies. This purchase is in support of the FY14 Jungle Boot SEP Limited User Evaluation initiative. This is not a Request for Quotation (RFQ).
