SYNOPSIS: NOTICE:. The intent of this notice is to inform any potential offerors of a proposed contract action. This proposed procurement is for items which the Government intends to solicit orally under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(c). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement no later than September 02, 2014 06:00 Pm EST. Interested parties that respond prior to response timeabove will be provided the oral solicitation. The purpose of this procurement is to provide 800 sheets of ¾" exterior plywood, 20K 3" nails, 10K LF 2x4, and 2ea air compressors.
