The Bureau of Public Debt, on behalf of the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) intends to award an Order to V.H Blackinton, Inc. on a sole source basis, under authority of FAR 6.302-1, for custom solid Bronze Bookends. V.H Blackinton, Inc. is the only provider capable of producing the bookends in accordance with Treasury and OCC specifications. No solicitation package will be issued. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, the Government will consider responses received by July 29, 2011 by 12:00pm ET. Responses shall be submitted to

White A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
