Notice of Intent to Sole Source The U.S. Coast Guard, Shore Infrastructure Logistics Center (SILC) in Norfolk, VA intends to negotiate and modify Contract HSCG84-16-P-BB8097 on a sole source basis for a six month extension with Vanguard Modular Building Systems, LTD to provide lease of office building and shower/bathroom trailer in accordance with the authority of FAR 6.302-1 (Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements). The solicitation will not be posted on FedBizOpps. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, all responses received by 15 July 2016 will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete as a result of responses received is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
