The U.S. Secret Service has a requirement for the delivery, installation, maintenance and removal of approximately 15,000 linear feet of a temporary barricade system of various heights for a period of approximately ten days in August 2008. Construction strength and configuration shall be at such a level as to prevent the barricade from being pulled down (anti push), taken apart, set on fire or easily climbed upon. This requirement is being synopsized as a Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS code 332999. Interested parties must participate in a mandatory site visit to be held in Denver, CO on Tuesday, July 8, 2008. To participate, eligible firms must be registered as a small business in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) within the NAICS code referenced herein. Firms interested in attending the site visit must submit proof of CCR Registration, as well as complete and submit a non-disclosure agreement (Agreement) for individual(s) to attend the site visit. [email protected] no later than 3rd July, 2008 5:00pm (EST). Please call to confirm receipt by PRO if no response is received within one hour of transmittal. The Agreement will be forwarded for completion by all individuals of the firm planning on attending the site visit. Completed Agreements must be forwarded to PRO at the above-referenced e-mail address and received no later than 9:00 am (EST) on 7th of July 2008. Upon receipt, PRO will forward information pertaining to the site visit (location, time, etc.) to the eligible firm. Individuals who have not completed an Agreement prior the site visit will not be allowed access. Firms are responsible for all costs associated with the site visit.
