This is a Notice of Intent to Sole Source a requirement for 10,000 Quickseries Family Engagement Kit Handbooks (ISBN: 978-1-937099-49-7) to QuickSeries Publishing Inc for the Headquarters Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) G1 Civilian Human Resource Division - Special Programs Advisor. These handbooks must measure 3.75 inches x 5.5 inches with laminated covers on both sides, and have the ability to be hot stamped with the INSCOM Safety Logo. The information will be on the front and back covers plus 24 additional laminated pages with data on both sides. There will be an additional six (6) pages without lamination to allow for writing with a pen or pencil. Lamination must have a glass like finish. Printing will be in four colors (on both sides - all pages in color). It will have die-cut tab indexes. The top binding will be plastic spiral. The paper is to be Cornwall 8 pts.
