The Department of Veterans Affairs Central Office (VACO), Washington, DC, intends to award a sole source contract to CARF International, Tucson, AZ under FAR 6.302-1. CARF will provide publications (i.e., Medical Rehabilitation, Behavioral Health, Blind Rehabilitation, and Employment Community Services, etc.) to VA Medical Centers to prepare for their CARF surveys. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract is based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The NAICS code is 323117.
