91--Midstreem Diesel Fuel Delivery for the Louisville Repar Station, Louisville, KY

Notification of Sole Source Procurement: in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1) the Government intends to sole source to Wootens River Service, Co. for midstream diesel fuel delivery at the Louisville Repair Station, Louisville, KY because it must be completed by a Coast Guard recognized company that has the required quote mark Oil Transfer Procedures quote mark , quote mark Pollution Transfer Procedure quote mark , the required tight hose connections, fixed connections, hoses that are tested annually and proper venting on the fuel barge. Also, the contractor's staff must have a Tankerman Document that is current. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by agency. A proposal must be submitted no later than 10:00 AM EST on 14 June 2013 to [email protected].
