The proposed contract action is for supplies which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with Marianas Gas Corporation / dba: Island Equipment Company on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) for Medical Gas. This will be a Firm-Fixed Price contract. The period of performance for this contract is three months. Period of performance will begin 05 March 2015 thru 31 May 2015. All firms responding to this notice must be registered with SAM (System Award Management) website www.sam.gov. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract is solely within the discretion of the Government.
