Notice of intent to issue a CPFF contract to Allermed Laboratories, Inc., San Diego, CA.

The U.S. Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity (USAMRAA), Ft. Detrick, MD, in support of the U.S. Army Medical Materiel Development Activity (USAMMDA), Ft. Detrick, MD, intends to issue a cost plus fixed fee contract for the Development of a Leishmania Skin Test for Phase III clinical trials and the manufacturer of the Leishmania Skin Test. USAMRAA intends to negotiate this contract on a sole source basis with Allermed Laboratories, Inc., San Diego, California, in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 6.302-1. Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.
