The US Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Installation Contracting Division, 4118 Susquehanna Avenue, Aberdeen, MD 21005 intends to award a sole source contract to CellMark USA, LLC, 333 Ludlow Street, Stamford, Ct 06902. The contract will be for purchase of Thiodiglycol 99% (TDG). CellMark USA, LLC is only source that procures this item in the bulk size of 250 drums. Intent is to award contract for a one time purchase.
