56--Flooring Material Notice of Contract Award Action

This is a notice of contract action (NOCA). The purpose of this NOCA is to notify industry of the VA s intent of contact action, using other than competitive procedures for sole source awards to verified SDVOSB concerns, as authorized by VAAR 819.7007. Notice of contract action: Miami VA Contracting intends to issue a sole source, firm fixed price contract using other-than competitive procedures to MR Crafts for the purchase of flooring materials (required supply list attached). Estimated value of this acquisition is ~$55k. Estimated award date is on or before August 30, 2019. This is not a solicitation for quotes. Responsible sources may submit a quote (or capabilities statement) which shall be considered by the agency but shall in no way bind the agency. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this NOCA or any follow-up information requests. All information shall be in writing, sent via email. Responses must be received no later than 5:00pm EST, August 26, 2019.
