Notification of Sole Source Procurement: In accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 and DFARS 206.302-1, the government intends to do a sole source procurement of Worthington's TUFFBOOM Waterway Barrier from Worthington Products. The barrier must be made with an internal steel channel that connects boom to boom that will withstand 5.4#/Ft. The product must be filled with closed cell foam making it unsinkable. Delivery must be made within 4-6 weeks. The log boom must be delivered to Salamonie Lake, Lagro, IN.
