65--TRIPLE LUMEN KITS

1. The VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System (VAPHS) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Centurion Medical Products Corp., Jeannette, PA 15644 to do an open market supply purchase of 150 cases of the Triple Lumen kits. The NAICS being utilized under this order is 326199 VAPHS has utilized this vendor in the past for these kits. They make these kits as per our needs/specifications. This notice of intent to Sole Source is not a request for competitive proposals. Vendors who wish to identify their interest and capability to provide this product as described above must notify this Contracting Officer at [email protected] or by telephone, 412-822-3755 NLT September 7, 2013 at Noon EST. Upon receipt of the interested parties' notification, the Contracting Officer will determine whether to conduct a competitive procurement or proceed with sole source negotiations.
