Notification to solicit and issue a modification to add NSNs to SPM400-03-D-9439

This is notification that DLA Aviation intends to solicit and add the following sole source NSNs to BAE Systems Umbrella Contract SPM400-03-D-9439 with an expiration date of September 29, 2013 under authority of FAR 6.302. 4720-01-517-1421, P/N 532603-01-01, Hose Assembly Set, Nonmetallic 4720-01-517-1438, P/N 532606-01-01, Hose Assembly Set, Nonmetallic Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within thirty days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for purposes of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
