RECOVERY--THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER W91278-09-113-ARRA. The purpose of this modification is to change the solicitation procedures to a competitive GSA schedule. The government intends to solicit quotes from competitive GSA schedule for the furnishing of all materials, supplies, equipment and labor for the construction, delivery and placing into operation a precast concrete flush toilet building as required by U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
