The purpose of this SPECIAL NOTICE is to give interested vendors notification and time to have their partially textile lined gabion baskets tested by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Engineer, Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC), Coastal and Hydraulic Laboratory, Vicksburg, Mississippi for potential USACE, Rock Island District, procurements. The North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) Code for this notice is 332618, Other Fabricated Wire Product Manufacturing. This special notice is for information and planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, implied or otherwise, to issue a solicitation or award a contract.
