Moored Training Mines.

NAVSUP Fleet Logistics San Diego (FLCSD) intends to award a Sole Source contract to 2 Bravo Designs, 1628 E. Square Street, Fort Worth, TX 76120, in accordance with FAR 13.501(a)(1)(ii). This requirement is for 2Bravo Designs’ SMM-B150 Moored Training Mine, SMM-C110 Moored Training Mine, SMM-D90 Moored Training Mine, SMM-E150 Moored Training Mine, and SMS-A5 Shallow Water Training Mine. Moored Training Mines to be used by Explosive Ordnance Disposal GROUP ONE (COMEODGRU ONE), NB Coronado, CA, for High Fidelity Threat Devices (HFTD’s) to enable partner force and U.S. force TTP sharing during RIMPAC. The proposed contract action is Sole Source only. This Notice of Intent is not a request for quotation. No solicitation or RFQ will be forthcoming. Interested parties may identify their interest and submit capability information in response to this notice by 1000 AM PDT 14 November 2023 via email to [email protected]. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract is entirely at the discretion of the Government. NOTE: The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under FAR 13.501(a)(1)(ii). Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received by the closed date specified herein will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
