The Marine Corps Systems Command, Program Manager for Ammunition, Quantico, Virginia, intends to issue a sole source modification to Contract Number M67854-07-D-1005 & M67854-07-D-1005-0001, with Saab Bofors Dynamics, SE 69180, Karlskoga, Sweden, to add a new CLIN for additional transportation charges for a Government requested change in place of delivery. The total modification value is approximately $75,000. The new CLIN provides for the additional transportation charges from the Government requested change in the place of delivery, from Crane, Indiana to Tooele, Utah. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open basis is solely within the discretion of the Government. This acquisition is being pursued on a sole source basis under the statutory authority 10 USC 2304(c) (1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 6.302-1.
