Intent to Sole Source Premo Fire balls

The US Forest Service intends to issue a firm fixed price, sole source award to Fire Ignition Resources LLC 7151 Horns Valley Rd, Talladega, AL 35160-9113 for Aerial Ignition Spheres. Fire Ignition Resources LLC is the sole distributer for Premo Fire balls. The Ignition Spheres ae the only approved products that can be used with Premo PSD machines. This procurement is being conducted under FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b)(1) The anticipated award date is February 09,2024. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 332994 and the size standard is 1,000 employees. A determination by the Govenrment not to compete this requirement was based on market research. A solicitation will not be issued. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.
