Intent to Sole Source for Mark Twain NF Wild Boar Hollow Boat Dock Replacement

The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: 1. Detach existing dock from stiff arm and ramp. 2. Remove and haul of existing dock for contractor salvage. 3. Furnish and install new floating ADA accessible 12'x24' courtesy boat dock. Attach new dock to existing stiff arm and dock ramp. All products shall be delivered in a new/unused condition with no damages to the Mark Twain National Forest project site. 4. New dock shall meet requirements in specifications and attach to the requirements met by the specifications of the existing stiff arm and ramp. 5. Information in specifications regarding headwalls, stiff arm, and ramp are for reference.
