INTENT TO AWARD WITHOUT FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION (SOLE SOURCE) -- National Guard Bureau, United States Property and Fiscal Office for Oregon (USPFO for Oregon), intends to solicit and award a sole source contract to Blue Moon Designs LLC, 62888 Montara Drive, Bend, Oregon 97701. This sole source requirement meets the conditions of FAR 6.302-1; only one responsible source has been identified as reasonably available to provide the supplies that will satisfy the agency requirements. Blue Moon Designs LLC is the only firm that has been found to provide the following for the Heiladder (Air Ambulance): Safety handrails, shrouded safety wheels, 5 quote mark wide step steps, fixed side-rail tools trays, removable top cap cool tool tray, support legs that clear steps and straddle cross tubes, high visibility neon yellow paint accents and reflective tape, heavy duty- aircraft grade riveted construction. Item number MX-8 & MX-8 FDK. Information received as a result of this notice will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
