38--PORTLAND - STREET SWEEPER SDVOSB Set-Aside

IAW VAAR Class deviation 819.7001(c): Title 38 U.S.C. 8127(b), (c), and (d) provide authority for VA Contracting Officers to make awards to verified SDVOSBs/VOSBs using set-asides. This procurement was set-aside for SDVOSB, under the Rule of Two, and orally solicited. An award was made to Aviate Enterprises, for the purchase of an M-800 Power Sweeper, Rider and Gold Maintenance Program. Aviate Enterprises is a Vetbiz verified SDVOSB and is an authorized distributor for Tennant and is eligible for this award. This notice satisfies the requirement to synopsis this action IAW 5.301.
