38--A sole source modification to the High Mobility Engineer Excavator Type-I contract W56HZV05D0414 with JCB, Inc. to add requirements for the attachments.

The U.S. Army Contracting Command, TACOM Contracting Center plans to award a Sole Source contract modification to JCB, Inc. under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, for the proposed acquisition of the following attachments: loader bucket, sandbagger, forklift, sweeper, plow, rock/ripper excavator bucket, auger set, tamper/compactor, rock breaker and arctic kits during the remaining two option period of the contract. A modification will be issued to the existing contract with JCB, Inc. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
