--A sole source modification to Contract W56HZV-05-DL424, with Caterpillar for the acquisition of Supplemental Armor Sets (SAS), related efforts to include logistic management data revisions and the development of a drawing package.

The SAS consists of an A/C-Kit. The A-Kit is non-removal and built into the base vehicle to provide ballistic protection and accommodates the installation of the C-Kit. The C-Kit is an armored cab that can replace the commercial cab on vehicles. T he action will include the application of the A-Kit to every Heavy Loader delivered under this contract and production/installation of C-Kit and changes to logistic and engineering data impacted by the incorporation of A/C-kit.
