Description: The United States Coast Guard, Surface Forces Logistics Centers, Long Range Enforcer Branch 2, Oakland, CA anticipates awarding sole source procurement to Hydralift Amclyde for the following supplies: 1. INSTL, End Frame DE4P370, P/N 11466477-001 2. INSTL, End Frame NDE4P370, P/N 11466469-001 Hydralift Amclyde is the subsidiary supplier of National Oilwell Varco, the original manufacturer of the referenced items and maintains the proprietary rights, which makes them the sole source. The OEM has limited the availability of proprietary information. Required Delivery Date: June 1, 2016 This procurement will be made on behalf of the USCGC WAESCHE. Vendor will provide all the parts listed above. NAICS Code # 333132 applies to this procurement. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. No solicitation will be issued, however all responses received on/before 1200 PM PST 28 Jan 2016 will be reviewed by the Government. A determination not to compete this proposed contract based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
