Fuels Filiter Equipment Parts

The 36th Contracting Squadron at Andersen AFB, Guam intends to make a sole-source award to FLOWCO Sales and Service, Inc., 153 East Harmon Industrial Units A, Harmon Tamuning, Guam Facet aviation fuel filters and associated parts are solely manufactured by FLOWCO Sales and Service. The filter equipment and associated merchandise are critical to aviation fuel operations by providing filter capability required per Technical Order 42B-1-1, for safe receipt, transfer and issue operations of aviation fuel for Andersen AFB, Guam. This notice will not result in an issuance of a solicitation and is not an invitation or request for proposals.
