A site visit by all interested vendors is strongly recommended for this C3 (Customer, Contracting, Commerce) Partnering Solicitation. Thereafter, a technical proposal will be submitted by the vendors for review. The review will determine whether the technical proposal is: acceptable; reasonably susceptible of being made acceptable; or unacceptable. The project description is attached. The site visit will be held on Friday, 28 February 2014 at 10.30 hrs.
