Master BPA for Manufacturing Injection Molding

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head EOD Technology Division intends to award multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA's) for Injection Molding in FSC code 1377. BPA Calls will not exceed the Simplified Acquisition Threshold. BPA vendors must accept credit cards or Wide Area Workflow as a method of payment. BPA's will be awarded on the basis of positive Past Performance. Interested vendors shall provide a minimum of three completed Past Performance References. The Past Performance references shall be completed by the purchasing business and include name of the business/organization, address, contract /order number, award amount, point of contact, telephone number and description of the item. The Past Performance will be evaluated based upon Customer Satisfaction, Timeliness, Technical Success, Program Management, and Quality. Vendors who receive a rating of "Acceptable" will receive a BPA award. Any vendor lacking relevant past performance history will receive an "Unacceptable" for past performance and will have the opportunity to reapply for a BPA once adequate performance history is obtained.
