Convert Nuvair Compressors from Gas to Electric Power, Kaloko-Honokohau National Historical Park Special Notice Pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b)(1), the Department of the Interior, National Park Service, Pacific West Region, Honolulu Major Acquisition Buying Office intends to issue a firm fixed price, sole source award to Nu Venture Diving Co. DBA Nuvair in the estimated amount of $7,278.94 to convert Nuvair compressors from gas to electric power. Nuvair is the manufacturer of the Element LP and Element HP. The upgrades must be completed by the system manufacturer to ensure system compatibility and safety. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority FAR 6.302-1. This notice is not a request for quote/proposal and no solicitation will be issued. Any firm that believes it can provide the stated supplies/equipment can provide supporting documents demonstrating their products capabilities and specifications.
