SUBJECT: Announcement of the 2015 Oxygen Standardization Coordinating Group (OSCG) Meeting and Call for Presentations The 2015 OSCG meeting will be held 04-06 August 2015 at the Drury Hotel, 105 South St. Mary's St., San Antonio TX 78205, phone 210-270-7799, www.druryhotels.com. Government and industry representatives should submit presentation topics on or before 03 July 2015. The official announcement with details on the meeting, presentations, accommodations, and points of contact is located on the OSCG website at www.oscg.org. The OSCG is a Department of Defense (DoD), government, and industry partners working group whose purpose is to foster communications and exchange of information on oxygen systems, both medical and aviation. The goals of the group are to promote oxygen systems safety, standards, technologies, reliability, and commonality; reduce life cycle costs; and, in general, disseminate information about military oxygen systems. The group has been in existence since 1959 and has had over 80 meetings. The group has three co-chairs, one from each of the Army, Navy, and Air Force. Members of the OSCG include all the military services, other federal agencies, foreign military services, and oxygen industry partners. The group encourages involvement and participation from parties interested in military oxygen systems from all of these communities.
