NAVUSP Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville (FLCJ) intends to award a sole source procurement in accordance with FAR Part 12 and Part 13 to Bouldin and Lawson, Cage 3DSL2. The proposed contract action is to procure one (1) Ordnance Deformer for NCBC Gulfport Qualified Recycling Program (QRP). The NCBC QRP relies on the Ordnance Deformer for disposal and recycling of small arms brass casings accumulated by tenant commands. The government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES.
