Intent to Award Critical spare parts for the Automated Storage and Retrieval System

The Strategic Weapons Facility, Atlantic (SWFLANT) intends to award a sole source contract under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 to Dematic, 507 Plymouth Avenue N.E., Grand Rapids, Michigan 49505 for critical spare parts for the Automated Storage and Retrieval System (ASRS). This action will result in a Firm Fixed Price. An award notice will be publicized. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. However, all responses received by 12:00PM (EST) 12 May 2020 will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received as a result of the notice of intent will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
