SERVICE CALL TO FANUC REBOT WELDER

This is a Notice of Intent to issue a sole source purchase order using Simplified Acquisition Procedures for the purchase to procure and provide service repair to the fanuc rebot. Fanuc America is the only authorized vendor to service or repair this proprietary equipment. Any purchase order that will be awarded under other than full and open competition as authorized by FAR 6.302-1. This is not a request for offers. A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
