RPMS interface, printer, scanner, support, and training

The Indian Health Service, Navajo Area, Kayenta Service Unit, Kayenta, AZ intends to award a non-competitive, sole source contract to DataRay, Inc., for RPMS interface, label printers, scanners, support, and training. The Contractor, DataRay, Inc., is the only organization uniquely qualified to provide the required services for RPMS interface, label printers, scanners, support, and training for the patient registration identification process, which shall facilitate dispensing of barcodes printed on thermal wristbands, chart labels, IV labels, laboratory labels, and pharmacy labels in order to maintain patient confidentiality and efficiency for the whole facility. This notice of intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive quotes. There will be no soliicitation available for competitive quotes. Phone calls will not be accepted. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. If no affirmative written response is received by 3 PM Mountain Standard Time (MST) on Friday, September 14, 2018, the contract will be issued without further notice. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future. All vendors are hereby notified that if your response is not received by the date and time specified in this notice, it will not be considered.
