The Missouri National Guard intends to sole source a contract with Concurrent Technologies Corporation (CTC) for repair and upgrade of Concurrent Technologies Corporation (CTC) software. The CTC designed, developed, tested and deployed both Regional and State Online Resource for Emergency Management (RaSOR-EM) and RaSOR-MO Applications. The concepts, know-how, methodologies, techniques, and the like related to the implementation (i.e. design, development and deployment) of each application are retained solely and exclusively by CTC as the center of the software.
