Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Directorate of Contracting, Fort Gordon, GA intends to negotiate/award a sole-source contract with Intergraph Government Solutions Corporation for the following items 6 Intergraph CAD Dispatcher Maintenance/Support Agreements (1 October 2011 - 30 September 2012). 2 Intergraph Executive CAD Maintenance/Support Agreements (1 October 2011 - 30 September 2012). 2 Reinstatement of Intergraph CAD Dispatchers (1 October 2011 - 31 October 2011). The NAICS code is 334111. The authority for this non-competitive award is 10 USC 2304(c) (1), Only one responsible Source. The Government intends to procure this sole source requirement under Commercial procedures in FAR part 12. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS and a solicitation will not be issued. Interested concerns must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government. If no affirmative written responses are received by 12:00 p.m on 26 September 2011, an award will be made without further notice. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed requirement is solely within the discretion of the government.
