The Army Contracting Agency Southern Region, Fort Bragg Directorate of Contracting intends to negotiate a firm-fixed price contract on a sole source basis (as prescribed in FAR 6.302-1) with Opinionmeter International to provide the renewal of the Op inionmeter Software Licensure and provide annual maintenance to activate Opinionmeters for the Customer Relations Division located at Womack Army Medical Center, Fort Bragg, North Carolina. This requirement will have a period of performance that begins 1 March 2008 through 28 February 2009 with four (4) 1-year options. This requirement will require the contractor to furnish the licensure and software to maintain the Opinionmeters necessary to support patient satisfaction surveys. The North American Indus try Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 33411, Electronic Computer Manufacturing with a small business size standard of 1,000 employees.
