Mission and Installation Contracting Command - Mission Contracting Office, Fort Hood, TX intends to award a sole source purchase order to KeyTrak Inc., 200 Quality Circle, College Station, Texas, 77845, a small business, for the procurement of a KeyTrak GEM Plus 1220, stand-alone, PC-Based, key control system which will be used for securing and tracking usage of keys, access cards and other assets on North Fort Hood in support of Directorate of Plans, Training, Mobilization, and Security (DPTMS), Fort Hood, Texas. This acquisition is conducted in accordance with FAR 13.106-1 (b) (i), Soliciting from a Single Source. The Contracting Officer has determined that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available due to only one responsible source and no other service will satisfy agency requirements. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 334112 - Computer Storage Device Manufacturing with a size standard of 1,000 employees. This notice of intent is not a request for quotes; however, interested persons may identify their interest and capability by responding within 15 days after the date of electronic publication of this synopsis. All responses must be provided no later than 2:00 PM CDT 30 August 2012.
