The United States Department of the Interior (DOI), Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA), Northwest Region Office (NWRO), in support of the Southwest Regional Office (SWRO), Land Titles and Records Office (LTRO) intends to enter into a Sole Source Firm-Fixed Price contract with J-Mar and Associates, Inc, a Non-Indian Owned Business, for a Canon ColorWave 3600 Printer/Scanner to support their Office located at 1001 Indian School NW, Ste 170, Albuquerque, NM 87104 under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) Soliciting from a Single Source. J-Mar and Associates, Inc will provide the following: Item Descriptions and Quantities List 1. Canon ColorWave 3600 (Qty. 1) 2. Delivery and installation 3. Training 4. Service & warranty 5. Removal of old Printer/Scanner J-Mar and Associates, Inc is the only company in Albuquerque, NM and is the only Authorized Reseller of Canon Solution America, Inc.¿s (¿CSA¿s¿) Technical Document Systems (Plotwave and Colorwave) products in New Mexico. J-Mar and Associates, Inc. is the only vendor who can reasonably provide all the necessary requirements to support the SWRO, Land Titles and Records Office (LTRO). J-Mar and Associates, Inc. possesses the unique qualifications for fulfilling the contract requirements as they can address all the SWRO, Land Titles and Records Office (LTRO) needs, by providing delivery, installation, support and warranty. No solicitation is available and no technical questions will be answered for this requirement. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 334118, and the Business Size Standard is 1,000 employees.
