INTENDED AWARD NOTICE : Federal Key, to provide KeyTrak Systems and software, UNDER AUTHORITY OF FAR 6.302-1 (a)(2)(iii) Contractor: Federal Key, LLC Contractor Address: 5922 Weddington Road, Suite A-5-11, Wesley Chapel, NC 28104 The Government hereby issues its notice of intended sole source award to : Federal Key LLC, to provide KeyTrak Guardian System and software licensing. Federal Key, LLC is the only authorized distributor of KeyTrak products and software. KeyTrak software and equipment is not compatible and will not interface with any other manufacturer's product. Marine Corps Air Station Camp Pendleton needs to expand it's ability to manage keys while maintaining centralized network under the current KeyTrak software and equipment it currently utilizes. This Notice of Intended Sole Source Award is not a request for Expressions of Interest (EOIs), proposals or quotations. No solicitation document exists and no telephone inquiries will be accepted. No contract award will be made on the basis of EOIs, proposals or quotations received in response to this notice. This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized under FAR 6.302-1. The award date will be 25 September 2014.
