Notice of Proposed Sole Source Contract Action - Wavestream 16-WATT BUC Repair

In accordance with FAR 5.2, this is a notification of a proposed sole-source contract action to WaveStream Corp, 545 W Terrace DR, San Dimas, California, 91773-3915, United States, for the vendor to evaluate seven (7) Wavestream 16-Watt KU Band block-up-converters (BUC) and repair each component if feasible. Also included are option quantities to repair up to ten (10) additional units. Any BUC deemed non-repairable shall be shipped back to U.S. Coast Guard, C5I Service Center, Alexandria, VA.
