This is a notice that the 99th Contracting Squadron intends to award a Sole Source purchase order to Vitec Group Communications under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The procurement is for the purchase of Eclipse Median Intercom/Communication System. This notice is not a request for proposal nor a solicitation for offers. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement based on response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
