This is notice of intent to contract on a sole source basis with Technical Innovation, Orange Beach, AL, 36561, to upgrade outdated audio visual equipment and integrate it into the current AAR camera control system architecture. The contract will be awarded pursuant to FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation documents are available. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability by responding to this notice. A determination by the government to compete this requirement based upon responses received is solely within the discretion of the government. Responses may be emailed to
