DEMO 880 SEE THRU UNIT

Fleet Logistic Center San Diego intends to issue a sole source purchase order in accordance with FAR Part 12. No other written form or solicitation will be issued. Fleet Logistic Center San Diego intends to award to QSA GLOBAL, 40 NORTH AVE, BURLINGTON, MA 08103 for 1 each, 880 delta projector, P/N TENXL880. In accordance with FAR 6.302-1 and in conjunction with Explosive Ordnance Disposal Expeditionary Support Unit One, only one source is available for the Sentinel Demo 880D Projector, the projector is proprietary. The parts are commercial items and proprietary to the manufacturer. Commercial procedures as outlined in FAR 12 and 13.5 are applicable. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement and will be advised as to how to submit their product(s) for future evaluation. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon a response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Point of Contact is Scottish T.
